本剧主要讲了两个目标:1.有效处理痛苦的想法和情绪2.创造一种丰富有意义的生活 以及为获得上述两个目标所需要遵循的六大原则(总结为Act疗法)
个人觉得这部剧非常适合对如何分析财报感兴趣的伙伴使用，逻辑编排合理，不是按部就班的只是介绍财务知识而已，而是以公司经营及投资的逻辑讲财务知识串联，附实例讲解，不觉枯燥，容易理解。可作为工具书使用。
